The Committee publishes the material on the site as part of its institutional activity without any kind of commercial purpose and is not liable for any damages or lost profits deriving from the use of the information contained on the site by the users.

3. The Committee ensures that this site has been set up and, as far as possible, will be managed by applying all reasonable techniques and tools to guarantee correct and continuous operation of the same. However, also in relation to the current state of knowledge and technology, the Committee can not exclude that sometimes malfunctions and / or defects in transmission occur, nor does it assume any responsibility for the transmission on the computer of the User of any viruses and however harmful contents originated by third parties.
By accessing the site, the User undertakes to:
a) do not use the site or the material inserted in it to pursue illegal purposes or as a means of disseminating or disseminating in any way material or content preordained to the commission of illegal activity;
b) do not use the site in order to interrupt, damage or render less efficient part or all of it or in any way to damage the effectiveness or functionality of the site;

4. This site uses cookies. Cookies are information that could be stored by the user’s browser on the hard disk and that allow to identify some characteristics of the browser. Most browsers in use automatically accept cookies but the user can configure their browser differently. In this last case the user may not have access to the contents of the site.
We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are used c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.

It is understood that the User, whenever the Committee will collect personal data through the site, will be invited to read the information ex art. 13 of the cited Legislative Decree 196/2003, which will be provided by the owner and to provide any necessary consent to the processing.
In particular, these different types of data are treated:
a) Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes to the detriment of the site: apart from this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
b) Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
The processing of sensitive or judicial data that, if supplied by the user, will be deleted.
Subjects to whom personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. Requests should be addressed to the MiBACT.
